Z-Elevator

Standard Z-Elevator

A Z-elevator is a type of material handling conveyor designed to move bulk or loose materials both horizontally and vertically in a single machine, following a “Z”-shaped path. It uses buckets or trays attached to a chain or belt that pick up material from a low feed point, lift it vertically, and then discharge it at a higher level. This makes it ideal for feeding machines like pellet mills, packaging systems, or storage bins without damaging the material.

The enclosed design helps prevent dust and spillage, and the system can be customized in length, capacity, and feeding/discharge points to suit different industrial processes. Typical applications include food, chemical, feed, agriculture, and manufacturing industries.
